New York Wedding Band Central Park (found on www.weddingwire.com) played music at a sold-out bridal show at the famous Oheka Castle on Long Island this past Sunday. The set started off with “Locked Out Of Paradise” by Bruno Mars, inspired by Bruno’s performance on the Grammys. The segue continued with “Call Me Maybe”, “Party Rock Anthem”, “We Found Love”, “Raise Your Glass” and ended with “Moves Like Jagger”. The group also touched on music of the 80s including Whitney Houston and Madonna as well as Bryan Adams and Guns N’ Roses.
Oheka Castle owner Gary Melius was in attendance as was his daughter, Kelly Melius. New York Orchestras’ Central Park was the band that performed at Kelly’s wedding.
There are wedding bands and there are bands that perform at weddings. Central Park is an exciting band of full-time musicians that not only perform at NY and LI weddings, they travel. This summer NY Orchestras bands will play at 4 weddings in Manchester Vermont at Hildene, home of President Lincoln’s family. Gurney’s Inn in Montauk and Raphael Vineyard are other popular Long Island stops for our wedding bands.
Also on hand at Oheka’s bridal show were photographers Camelot Studios, and DMS Video Productions.
New York Orchestras have some of the finest wedding entertainment in the business – Bands, DJs, Band/DJ packages, String Quartets and Fantastic Lighting for weddings, mitzvahs, corporate and fundraising events..
