New York Orchestras Entertainment, a very well-known NY City music company that books NY wedding bands and DJs for weddings, recently had the pleasure of performing for someone in the Bush family. The groom is a cousin of George W. Bush and the bride is a close family friend of Governor Chris Christi, governor of New Jersey.
While we respect the bride’s & groom’s wish to remain un-named, we can tell you that the family knows how to dance and have fun! The couple could not have been more down-to-earth and nicer to work with. Governor Christi was dancing all night long (literally) with his wife and daughter. It was especially noticeable watching him singing along to his favorite Bruce Springsteen songs including “Glory Days”, “Hungry Heart” and “Born in the USA”.
The event was held at the Willowwood Arboretum, Far Hills, NJ. We want to thank the staff at the Arboretum for their wonderful hospitality. They made a the band feel right at home in New Jersey.

The inserted picture is of Central Park Orchestra bandleader Bill Messinetti with Governor Christi.
